NewsNotice: Inactive Accounts
As per the FSRevolution End User License Agreement, any account which has not been accessed within the last year, as of March 1st, 2012, will be deleted and removed from our servers. Any licenses associated with this account will also be deleted and considered invalid. If you wish to keep your account, you can simply log-in to your account through the client area.
Important Announcement Regarding FSRevolution
FSRevolution sales will be discontinued on February 1st, 2012! If you would like to order FSR or any addons, please do so by January 31st, 2012. You will still receive 3 months of support and updates if you purchase by this date!
What if I am still making monthly payments for my FSR license?
- You will continue to make those payments until the license is paid in full, or May 1st, 2012, whichever comes first.
What if I am currently being hosted by FSRevolution/Green Ham Solutions?
- Your services will continue as normal until May 1st, 2012. At that time, you are free to move to another host of your choice or continue hosting with FSR’s parent company, Green Ham Solutions.
What will happen to support for FSRevolution?
- Support will continue to be provided to those with valid support packages until the end of that package, or May 1st, 2012, whichever comes first.
What will happen to updates for FSRevolution?
- Updates to the software will continue until May 1st, 2012, however, these updates will only include necessary bug fixes or security patches.
Will my license still work after May 1st, 2012?
- Yes, if you own your license, the code will be updated such that licensing checks are no longer made to fsrevolution.com to validate your license. You will be free to use the software as you wish, but we cannot make any guarantees that the software will continue to function normally as technology evolves and standards are updated.
Will the source code be decrypted and released?
- No — in order to maintain the security of websites still using FSR, we will not be releasing the unencoded version of the software.
What if I’ve still got questions?
- Please direct those to help@fsrevolution.com or simply log-in to your client area and open a ticket through the Helpdesk.

New Release: FSRevolution v1.9.1 – Cashback Support!
We’re happy to announce an update to FSRevolution, v1.9.1, which now includes cashback support by default! This means you can now define a percentage of what the user spends on an offer as their credit value for Cash sites.
Other features and fixes include…
- Support for the new DirectTrack API
- Fixed sending of admin notification e-mails in certain situations
- Implemented data validation for quick issue of manual credit
- Added new indexes for database tables
- Fixed export to CSV for orders – now includes user value
- User search by name will now match first and last name
Our free demo has been updated with this version, so feel free to check out the new features for yourself!
To those clients interested in upgrading to this version, you will need to:
- Have a valid update package.
- Have v1.9 already installed.
- Download the update from your client area.
- Follow the update instructions included in the download.
Features still to come in the v1.9 line include integration of MaxMind’s telephone verification and ProxStop’s proxy IP detection services. v2.0 has been put on hold indefinitely as we flesh out v1.9. As always, watch the website for updates!
Server Maintenance Scheduled for March 30th @ 12 AM PST/3 AM EST
Our host will be performing maintenance on our server for approximately 1 hour between 12 AM PST and 1 AM PST tomorrow morning, March 30th. During this time, our own site as well as any client’s site hosted by FSR will be unreachable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
UPDATE (12:45 AM) – The maintenance has been completed and everything is back online!
New Release: FSRevolution v1.9
We’re very excited to announce the newest release of FSRevolution, v1.9, which includes a complete overhaul of the administration panel interface.
Our free demo has been updated with this version, so feel free to check out the new look for yourself!
To those clients interested in upgrading to this version, you will need to:
- Have a valid update package
- Have v1.8.2 already installed
- Request a new license key from support
Along with this update, we are introducing some new pricing models and packages. We have discontinued the monthly payment packages for the self-hosted version of FSR, but we are continuing to provide monthly payment options for FSR-hosted options.
All packages still include 6 months of free support and updates, and for FSR-hosted options, your monthly price is reduced by 50% for each year you choose to renew your hosting account with us.
This release is just the first of a few in the v1.9 line – we plan on releasing incremental updates as we find bugs and add new features. Most importantly, we will soon be adding support for alternative phone verification systems (such as MaxMind), due to TeleSign’s policy changes. We are also looking into integrating a proxy detection tool and additional IP-based fraud prevention measures. Stay tuned to the site for updates!
