v1.0.2 Coming Soon!

October 2, 2006 on 9:34 pm | In News | 3 Comments

Hello all! Another batch of bug fixes and feature additions are coming soon! I’m tentatively setting a release date of this Sunday, October 8th. Here are some of the fixes that are coming:

  • Offer popups will now pop up one window which will log the offer click and redirect to the offer instead of displaying the offer information and automatically redirecting back to the offer page.
  • A bug that is causing offer links to function incorrectly in Internet Explorer.
  • Enhanced credit exception logging for postbacks (invalid IP attempts, IP logging of successfull attempts)
  • A bug with links being shown to Approve Order on the user info page.
  • Blank IP’s will no longer be shown and invalidly resolve on the user info/verify page.
  • A bug with incorrect offer links to offer in credit requests on user info page.
  • You will now be able to mark a support ticket as order-related when replying to a support ticket instead of just through the user info page.
  • The installation process will be much improved and streamlined so that not as many hosting related issues occur. Some issues are still entirely out of my hands, though, and are in that of your host, so make sure your host meets the requirements!
  • Fractional offer weight support will be improved to support a wider variety of credit values (up to 1/100).
  • An import procedure for FSRS will be created.
  • The ability to manually add referrals to a user will be created.
  • Customizable links for address lookup, zip code lookup, and IP lookup will be added.

Potential Add-Ons:

  • Cashback Site
    • very similar to a points site, just with cash!
    • multiple cashouts for users
    • cashback amount shown in correct currency to international users
    • when you enter your commission amount for the offer, it will calculate the offer payout based on parameters you specify
  • Offer Categories/Pagination
    • you will be able to organize your offers into different categories so that users can sort the offers more easily
    • also, instead of the offers all being on one page, users will be able to navigate through different pages quickly

Many features are still planned for future versions. If you have any ideas of things you’d like to be added to the script, please e-mail support@fsrevolution.com with your ideas!
