WHAT IS A SITE LICENSE?
A site license allows you to run one front-facing site from within your FSR administration panel. The Starter package includes just 1 site license, whereas the Professional includes 5. The Unlimited package allows you to run as many sites as you’d like from your single admin panel. Sites can be ran on addon domains or subdomains, but we require everything be hosted on the same server to maintain a high level of performance.
WHAT IF I NEED TO ADD MORE SITES TO MY BASE LICENSE?
Additional site licenses can be purchased for $49/each or $129/a package of 3. You can also upgrade to an Unlimited license at any time for $299 (minus the cost of any site licenses purchased within the last 30 days).
WHAT DO I NEED TO PURCHASE APART FROM THE SCRIPT?
You’ll need a domain name (we recommend GoDaddy for $7.49 domains!) and hosting.
CAN I USE MY OWN HOSTING?
Absolutely, you’re free to use whatever host you’d like as long as they meet our requirements.
DO YOU OFFER HOSTING?
Glad you asked! Yes, we do and if you choose to host with us, you’ll receive FREE installation and FREE updates the entire time you’re hosted with us.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN IS DONE?
If you started hosting with us as well, you can now continue hosting with us at special reduced rates (your monthly price goes down 50% each year you renew), and you will continue to receive free updates. Otherwise, the license is now yours for life!
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY SUPPORT/UPDATES EXPIRE?
You can choose to continue one, both, or neither. Packages of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and even lifetime support & updates are available.
